断续切削过程硬质合金可转位刀片破损行为研究
Research on damage behavior of cemented carbide indexable insert in intermittent cutting process
摘要
Abstract
The special work-piece was used for cutting test in this research•Mechanical and thermal shock loads were collected using 3D stress analyzer and thermal video system respectively to reveal the regularity of inserts'fracture behavior•Electron microscope was used to observe the micro-morphology of the inserts' fracture surface and the failure mechanism of inserts was studied•Finally,the divisions of both the cutting speed and the feed rate were made,and the parameter region of cutting safely for the inserts was defined•The results would provide the reference for method,data and theory to hard alloy inserts' design and the selection of cutting parameters.关键词
