应用Herbert螺钉治疗36例内踝骨折的临床研究
Clinical Study of Herbert Screw on Treatment of 36 Cases of Medial Malleolus Fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of the Herbert screw for the treat⁃ment of medial malleolus fracture. Methods Selects 38 cases of Herbert screw for the treatment of medial malleolus fracture from July 2011 to August 2013 in orthopedics department in the affiliated hospital of Jianghan University,patients were followed up for 3-6 months,according to the Ameri⁃can Society for Ankle Surgery(AOFAS)score standard for curative effect evaluation. Results Fi⁃nally 36 patients completed the study,2 cases missed,there were 25 excellent,8 well,3 satisfaction, good rate 91. 67%. Conclusion Herbert screw for the treatment of medial malleolus fracture has achieved good effect,for the treatment of medial malleolus fracture,it provides a new choice and it is worthy for popularizing.关键词
