摘要
Abstract
Objective To research the effect on micronucleus formation induced by lectin from vari⁃eties of kidney beans. Methods Giving the mice lectin of three kind of kidney beans by intraperito⁃neal injection for 6 days. Bone marrow cells were collected and microscope slides were prepared by Giemsa staining. Micronucleus ratio was analysed under a light microscope, then judged the mutagenic effect of different kidney bean lection. Results There was no significant difference between experi⁃ment group and negative control group, but positive group was obviously higher than experiment group and negative control group(P<0. 05). Micronucleus ratio had a dose-effect relationship, but it was independent with gender. Conclusion The three levels of lectin of three kind of kidney beans have no effect on micronucleus formation of bone marrow cells in mice, they can be used for development of biological preparations.关键词
