新型城镇化效率演化趋势及其原因探析--以河北省为例
On Evolution Trend of New Urbanization Efficiency in Hebei Province and Its Reason Analysis---Taking Hebei as an Example
摘要
Abstract
Based on indicators of new urbanization efficiency at home and abroad, the paper constructs a new type of urbanization comprehensive evaluation index system. By using the method of non-parametric super-efficiency DEA from 1998 to 2012, the article gets the development trend of new urbanization efficiency in Hebei Province. The results show that new urbanization efficiency appears overall upward trend,which is slow development posture periodically. It is appeared that the obvious rising trend during 1998-2002years, but it is in stagnant stage during 2003-2009 years, and it breaks through development bottleneck in 2010 and starts a new stage.关键词
