Abstract
The influence of venture capital on the GEM Listing Corporation operating performance in relation to the development of venture capital industry and gem, select four indicators of net income, net assets per share earnings ratio, return on total assets and sales profit rate , compared with a VC backed and non venture backed enterprises operating performance if there is significant difference, the research result shows that the management performance of venture capital on the growth enterprise market of listing Corporation has a positive role in promoting.关键词
