环境约束下中国省际全要素能源效率的测度--基于SML的实证分析
The Total Factor Energy Efficiency Measurement of China under the Binding of Environment
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve energy efficiency the coordinated development of regional economy,it is necessary to measure scientifically the efficiency of the energy usage in different provinces.Therefore,this article first measured it by Sequential-Malmquist-Luenberger (SML)index,and then by decomposing it into technical efficiency index and technical progress index,calculated the total factor energy efficiency under a constant condition of CO2 emission.The major findings are:the total factor energy efficiency in China presents a growing trend which has a positive relationship with technological progress;by comparative analysis on the case of constraint CO2 emissions and that of constant CO2 emissions,the average annual growth rate of the total factor energy efficiency in the former case is significantly superior.关键词
