摘要
Abstract
The change of economic growth is a benefit for country and great epoch-making feat.After discussing the re-lationship between the government behavior and the transition of economic growth,the main reasons are identified for the lagging transition of economic growth in China.First,because of traditional politics and ideology trends,the government still plays a role of economic orientation rather than society orientation;second,the traditional evaluation system mainly focuses on GDP,which has caused virtuous competition among regions and lack of interference with pollution.Therefore,in order to change the government′s administrative function of economics,it is necessary to improve the current evaluation system.To-ward this end,some means of promoting a fundamental change are proposed in government behavior by conceptual innova-tion,management innovation,and institutional innovation,in order to achieve a comprehensive restructuring of the economic growth in China.关键词
