中国大城市地区小城镇发展转型研究--以北京市为例
A Study on the Transformation of Small Towns’Development in a Metropolis---A Case of Study Beijing
摘要
Abstract
There has been the demand of remitting the urban and rural diseases by promoting small towns ’ development in a metropolis.According to the direction of urban-rural integration,the small towns’development should be promoted through the transformation from rural resource agglomeration to urban resource agglomeration,from intensive construction to extensive construction and from administrative center estabishment to economic center establishment. Therefore,the goals can be achieved,such as equalization of public service,equilibrium of regional development and reduction of the urban-rural gap.The path to the transformation is created based on the institutional arrangement of proactive urbanization on collectively-owned land.关键词
