市场化进程中地方政府经济行为模式与全要素生产率增长
Economic Behavioral Patterns of Local Governments and Total Factor Productivity Growth
摘要
Abstract
Since the reform and opening up,economic behavioral model has major changes,that from running a business before the reform of tax allocation to land operation after that.This paper adopts several econometric methods to analyze the impact of economic behavioral model of local governments on total factor productivity(TFP).The results show that economic behaviors have negative effect on TFP in different periods,government investment has threshold effect in regression model of economic behavior on TFP growth,and the formation of economic behavioral model needs government investment.Further structural decomposition of TFP reveals that impacts of economic behavioral models in two periods on TFP are significantly different.Therefore,economic transformation and upgrade urgently need to constrain self-interest economic behavior of local government.关键词
