京津冀生态环境协同治理研究--基于体制机制视角探讨
The Collaboration of Regional Ecological Environment Governance of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei-From the Institutional Perspective

Abstract
Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is one of the most serious areas in China facing the ecological overload and environmental pollution issue.Unified and unsystematic resource management system,as well as local governments’ interests restriction and unequal cost to benefit local governance,have caused the ecological environment governance dilemma in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Based on the diversity of ecological management stakeholders and the feature of“dissociation from a particular region”of regional environmental problems,the ecological environment integration in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei should take coordinated development as an opportunity,via the regional cooperative governance of diverse stakeholders and local governments,and finally innovate and improve the systems and mechanism.关键词
