The Mechanism Design of the Construction of Small Towns Supported by Modern Agriculture in Western Rural Areas
摘要
Abstract
Lack of industry support,poor infrastructure,management system deficiencies,weak social development and cultural mechanism conflict are major restrict and severe challenges faced by the construction of small towns in western rural areas.Comprehensive promotion of rural urbanization in western China has to rely on the development of modern agriculture to promote the construction of small towns and design new mechanism.The strategy should focus on the innovating the management system,optimizing the economic mechanism,perfecting social mechanism,cultivating cultural mechanism,developing characteristic town and building the characteristic system of small towns,based on the development of modern agriculture.关键词
