Abstract
This paper discusses the current shortage of job analysis and its reason firstly,and then considers that the content of job analysis should include three parts:job basic attributes,job duties and job competency model.The methods of job analysis are discussed,and a model based on case-based reasoning is proposed.The purpose of this paper is to deepen understanding of the importance of job analysis,and to provide references for the application of opening selection system.关键词
