摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cataract phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechial-ysis in treatment of acute angle-closure glaucoma and cataract. Methods 34 cases of patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma and cataract in our hospital from March 2011 to March 2012 were selected and were given with cataract pha-coemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis treatment.The improvement of clinical symptoms and signs before and after surgery and postoperative complications were observed. Results After surgery,visual acuity was increased,in-traocular pressure was decreased,central and peripheral anterior chamber depth were increased,eye angle opening angle were decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was significant (P<0.05).There were 2 appear anterior cham-ber inflammation,1 cellulose-like iris exudation,3 corneal edema,1 combined age-related macular disease affecting vi-sual acuity,1 choroidal detachment,no IOL adhesions pupil. Conclusion The treatment of cataract phacoemulsification combined with goniosynechialysis for acute angle-closure glaucoma and cataract is safe and effective,can significantly improve the patient’s clinical symptoms and signs,be worthy of clinical application.关键词
