CRP与心肌肌钙蛋白I在心力衰竭诊断中的意义OA
The significance of CRP and cardiac troponin I in the diagnosis of heart failure
目的：探讨CRP与心肌肌钙蛋白I (cTnI)在慢性心力衰竭临床诊断中的意义。方法选取2011年9月~2013年11月在本院进行诊治的慢性心力衰竭患者80例作为观察组，同期选取在本院进行体检的健康人80例作为对照组，两组都进行CRP与cTnI的检测与判断。结果观察组的CRP、cTnI水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的CRP、cTnI阳性率分别为70.0%、77.5%，明显高于对照组的3.8%、5.0%，差异有统计…查看全部>>
