Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of three stage rehabilitation treatment on limb motor function after stroke. Methods 180 cases of patients were randomly divided into two groups,rehabilitation group accepted three stage rehabil-itation treatment,the control group accepted conventional medicine but no other intervention.All patients were followed up for 6 months,the time motion score and the score difference of two groups was compared. Results The motor function scores of the two groups just in hospital had no significant difference (P>0.05).After 1 month,3 months,6 months,motor function scores of cerebral hemorrhage rehabilitation group,cerebral infarction rehabilitation group and the rehabilitation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference of two groups was significance (P<0.05). After 1 month,3 months,6 months,the motor function scores of two groups were significantly better than those of the baseline score (P<0.05). Conclusion Three stage rehabilitation treatment has a significant effect on the improvement of motor function of stroke patients.关键词
