Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of methimazole combined with tripterygium glycosides tablet in the treatment of hyperthyreosis. Methods 92 patients with hyperthyreosis in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were selected as study objects,and they were divided into the control group (the methimazole group,n=46) and the observation group (the methimazole combined with tripterygium glycosides tablet group,n=46) by the ran-dom allocation principle,the total then the total effective rate and disease related serum indexes before and after treat-ment of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,the disease related serum indexes after treatment were all significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of methimazole combined with tripterygium glycosides tablet in the treatment of hyperthyreosis is better than that of only methimazole,and its improvement of the disease related index-es is more obvious.关键词
