摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of naloxone on the antioxidant capacity of patients with acute alco-holism. Methods 60 patients with acute alcoholism were treated in our hospital from February 2012 to January 2014, and they were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group,there were 30 cases in each group,the con-trol group was given conventional treatment,the treatment group was given naloxone on the basis of the control group, the antioxidant capacity of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After 24 hours treatment, the TAC,CAT increased,but the rise in treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group;MDA and LPO decreased,but the reduction in the treatment group was obviously greater than the control group (P<0.05). There was no statistical difference of the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The influence of naloxone on the antioxidant capacity of patients with acute alcoholism bigger,it can improve the prognosis of patients.关键词
