摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the the influence of Shuxuening auxiliarily treating on prehospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation success rate for patients with respiratory and cardiac arrest. Methods 100 patients with respiratory and cardiac arrest in our hospital from January 2011 to October 2013 were selected and they were divided into the two groups.The control group were treated with the conventional cardiopulmonary resuscitation on the basis of conventional salvage drug therapy,while the observation group were treated with Shuxuening intravenous therapy on the basis of the control group.The cardiopulmonary resuscitation success rate of the two groups was compared. Results The cardiopul-monary resuscitation success rate in the observation group (67.31%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (37.50%) (P<0.01). Conclusion Shuxuening adjuvant therapy using for the respiratory and cardiac arrest can effectively improve the success rate of recovery and reduce the mortality,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
