摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of hiru doid cream auxiliarily treating acne. Methods 60 patients with acne vulgaris from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital were selected and they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.Patients in the two groups were given daily nursing and tetracy-cline antibiotics,while the observation group was given hirudoid cream auxiliary treatment on the basis of the above-mentioned,the control group was given erythromycin ointment auxiliary treatment on the basis of the above-mentioned, the curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group (90.0%) was higher than that in the control group (66.7%),improvement time of clinical symptoms was significantly faster than that in the control group [(25.78±4.12)d vs(36.53±5.47)d] (P<0.05);there was no significant adverse reaction in the two groups during treatment showed. Conclusion Hirudoid cream auxiliarily treating ance can quickly improve symp-toms and improve treatment effect,and it has high safety,and it is worthy of popularization and application in clinic.关键词
