Abstract
Objective To investigate the anesthetic effect of dezocine combined with propofol in painless colonoscopy. Methods 116 patients with painless colonoscopy examination in our hospital outpatient or hospitalization were retro-spectively analyzed from January 1,to December 30,2013,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the anesthesia method,each group had 58 cases,the control group was given propofol alone,the ob-servation group was given dezocine anesthesia.The recovery time,pain,propofol and MAP,HR,RR,SpO2 levels of the two groups were compared. Results The recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the VAS scores and propofol with volume were less than those of the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05). There were significant difference in MAP,HR level of the control group among before operation,in the operation and af-ter operation,in the operation was significantly lower than before operation (P<0.05),there was no significant difference in MAP,HR level of the observation group between before operation and in the operation (P>0.05). Conclusion The anesthesia effect of dezocine combined with propofol in painless colonoscopy is remarkable and can be widely applied.关键词
