摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of targeted nursing intervention on medication compliance of patients with diabetes. Methods 62 cases serving patients with diabetes were divided into two groups,routine nursing interven-tion was used in control group(30 cases)and targeted nursing intervention was used in intervention group(32 cases).The medication compliance,glycemic control,nursing satisfaction in two groups was compared respectively after 3 months of intervention. Results Compliance rate in intervention group was 87.50%,higher than that in control group(66.67%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).FBG in two groups was compared after treatment,with no statistical difference(P>0.05).2hPBG in intervention group was lower than that in control group after treatment,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Nursing sat-isfaction in intervention group was higher than that in control group,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention has a good effect on serving patients with diabetes,can improve the medication compli-ance,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
