摘要
Abstract
Objective To study and explore application effect of quality control circle activity and color management in the prevention of patients fall and drop of bed. Methods 102 cases of patients in our hospital during March 2013 to March 2014 were selected,quality control circle activity and color management were used in basic nursing care.The fall and drop of bed rate,nursing satisfaction rate before and after management was compared respectively. Results The fall and drop of bed rate after management was lower than that before management respectively,nursing satisfaction rate af-ter management was higher than that before management,with statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Quality control circle activity and color management applied in basic nursing care,can effectively reduce patients fall and drop of bed, improve patient satisfaction rate and promot the development of friendly relation between nurses and patients,ultimately achieve the purpose of patients cured as soon as possible,which is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
