Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of valsartan combined with amlodipine treating elderly primary hy-pertension combined with diabetes in community. Methods 82 elderly primary hypertension combined with diabetes in community were selected and divided into the control group 1,the control group 2 and the experiment group.The control group 1 was treated with amlodipine,the control group 2 was treated with valsartan,and the experiment group was treat-ed with valsartan combined with amlodipine.The clinical efficacy of three groups were compared. Results After treat-ment,fasting blood glucose test in experiment group was (6.8±2.6) mmol/L,control group 2 was (6.9±2.5) mmol/L,they were significantly lower than before treatment,there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The antihyperten-sive efficacy in experimental group was 93.75%,80.00% in control group 1,the control group 2 was76.00%,compared to the antihypertensive effect of the three groups (P<0.05). nclusion alsartan combined with amlodipine treating elderly primary hypertension combined with diabetes in community can promote the recovery of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.关键词
