Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathway (CNP) for patients of gynecology and obstetrics receiving selective operation. Methods 110 patients who were admitted to the department of gynecology and obstetrics in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 and received selective operation were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into the group A and the group B,and all patients were given active basic treat-ment and nursing.Patients in the group A also received CNP on the basis of the basic nursing. The preoperative mental conditions,stress level during operation,postoperative life quality and satisfaction degree of nursing between the two groups were compared. Results Score of postoperative anxiety,depression,fear and sensitivity to interpersonal relations in the group A were (2.03±0.48),(1.84±0.27),(1.74±0.30) and (1.92±0.31) points respectively,which were all significantly lower than those of (2.58±0.54),(2.35±0.38),(2.43±0.49) and (2.17±0.44) points in the group B respectively (P<0.05).The stress level in the group A during operation was also lower than that in the group B (P<0.05).Score of sleeping quality, pain level, somatic symptoms and level of mental health in the group A were (84.58±5.47), (45.24±6.69), (65.69±5.02) and (89.37±3.21) points respectively,and those in the group B were (79.42±3.02),(54.48±8.65),(78.74±6.63) and (84.36±5.46) points respectively,and the postoperative life quality in the group A was significantly better than that in the group B (P<0.05).The satisfaction rate in the group A (85.45%) was higher than that of 67.27% in the group B (P<0.05). Conclusion CNP has an active effect in the nursing for patients in department of gynecology and obstetrics receiving selective operation,which is not only able to reduce patients’ mental and physiological stress level,but also is able to improve patients’life quality and satisfaction degree of nursing.关键词
