Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of shortcut clinical nursing pathway in emergency rescue for patients with severe craniocerebral injury,and to analyse whether if the self-designed table of shortcut nursing pathway reasonable and find a way to improve it. Methods 30 patients with severe craniocerebral injury who received nursing care according to shortcut clinical nursing pathway from October 2013 to March 2014 were selected and allocated to the research group, another 30 patients with the same disease who received regular nursing care from April 2013 to September 2013 were selected and allocated to the control group. Hospitalisation time,rescue time,total expenses of hospitalization,GOS score and incidence of pulmonary infection,and mortality rate were compared between the two groups. Results Rescue time in the research group was (31.19±4.20) min,hospitalization time was (14.88±2.05) d,total expenses (12570.39±102.17) yuan, and GOS score was (4.20±0.41) points;those indices in the control group were (42.67±3.14) min,(22.73±3.26) d,(15329.32±113.48) yuan and (3.11±0.77) respectively,and there was a statistical dif-ference of above-mentioned indicators in the two groups (P<0.05);patients’satisfaction rate was 90.00% in the research group and 46.67% in the control group;incidence rate of pulmonary infection was 6.67% in the research group and 30.00% in the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Mortality rate was 3.33% in the research group and 13.33% in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion An effective shortcut clinical nursing pathway helps shorten emergency rescue time,lower medical expenses,and reduce complications during hospitalization,which is worthy of widespread clinical promotion and applica-tion.关键词
