摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the application of disinfectant’s lubrication action on changing drainage bag. Methods Patients changed drainage bags for 320 times in our department from March to June in 2013 were evenly divided into regular group and observation group.The time in changing drainage bag,amount of worn-out gloves,pain degree of operator’s fingers,patient’s comfortable degree,and retrograde infection rate were compared in both groups. Results There was no statistical difference in infection rate around the location of drainage in both groups.Time spent and amount of worn-out gloves in the observation group were much less than those in the regular group.No obvious discomfort occurred in operator’s fingers in the observation group.The risks of pulling pain in patients in the observation group decreased more remarkably in comparison with those in the regular group. Conclusion The improved method of disinfection enhances work efficiency,saves material,and reduces sufferings from both nurse and patient.关键词
