摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the application value of health education and dietary intervention in patients with hypertension. Methods 100 cases of patients with hypertension from July 2012 to September 2013 in accordance with the Hypertension Diagnosis Guideline in 2005 were selected and were divided into the experimental group (n=50) and the control group (n=50).Both of the two groups accepted health education,and dietary intervention was given to the ex-perimental group in addition to health education.After 6 months,the blood pressure control effects of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with that before intervention,blood pressure in two groups wass reduced.Mean systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure was lower than that of the control group reapectively,the difference was sig-nificant (P<0.05). Conclusion Health education and dietary intervention have high application value in patients with hypertension,which are worthy of application and promotion.
