Abstract
Objective To explore and analyse the clinical efficacy and safety of azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods 120 cases of children patients with Mycoplasma pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from November 2011 to November 2013 were selected and randomly divided into ob-servation group and control group, with 60 patients in each group.Patients in the observation group were received azithromycin sequential therapy, while the control group were received erythromycin only.Curative effect, symptom disap-pearing time and adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results Total effective rate in the observation group was 96.7%,significantly higher than 78.3% in the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05);disappear-ing time of fever, cough and pulmonary moist rales was shorter than that in the control group respectively, the difference was significant (P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 3.33%,lower than 15.00% in the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Azithromycin sequential therapy for children patients with Mycoplasma pneumonia has a significant clinical effect and rare adverse events, which is worthy of clinical promo-tion and application.关键词
