摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of salbutamol and budesonide solutions for aerosol inhalation in the treatment of pediatric asthmatic bronchitis. Methods One hundred and fifty cases of patients with asthmatic bronchitis admitted into our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were evenly divided into control group and observation group by random number table.Regular treatment was provided to both groups,on the basis of regular treatment,aerosol inhala-tion of salbutamol combined with budesonide was added to the observation group.The curative effect in both groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the control group was 77.33%,while it was 97.33%in the observation group, with statistical difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The disappearing time of symptoms like cough,pant,and wheezing rale,etc.and hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than those in the control group,which displayed statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of salbutamol with budesonide can obtain an optimal cu-rative effect on treating pediatric asthmatic bronchitis,which is worthy of using for reference and expansion in clinic.关键词
