坦洛新联合锯叶棕果实提取物软胶囊治疗良性前列腺增生的临床效果观察

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of tamsulosin combined with sabal fruit extract in soft capsule in the treat-ment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods Ninety-two cases of patients with BPH and lower urinary tract symptoms were evenly divided into treatment group and control group in random.In the treatment group,patients were treated by 0.2 mg tamsulosin spansule (after a meal,in the evening) and 160 mg Shabate (sabal fruit extract) (after a meal,twice per day),while in the control group,patients were only provided with 0.2 mg tamsulosin spansule (after a meal,in the evening).The course of treatment lasted 3 months.The blood pressure,electrocardiogram,blood/urine routine examinations,hepatorenal function,prostate specific antigen (PSA) in blood,color Doppler ultrasound of prostate,interna-tional prostate symptom score (IPSS),qave maximum (Qmax),frequency of nocturnal enuresis,and residual urine (RU) be-fore and after treatment were measured or examined or calculated.The changes of above-mentioned indexes and adverse reaction before and after treatment were analyzed. Results The indexes of IPSS,QOL,Qmax,RU and frequency of noc-turnal enuresis improved greatly after treatment compared with those before treatment in both groups,which displayed statistical differences (P<0.01,P<0.05);there was no obvious change in prostate volume,which didn’t display statistical difference in the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of IPSS,QOL,Qmax,and RU displayed statistical dif-ferences between two groups (P<0.05).There was no adverse reaction in both groups. Conclusion Combination of tam-sulosin and sabal fruit extract is safe and effective on treating BPH with lower urinary tract symptoms.关键词
