护理干预对神经性皮炎患者心理因素的影响
Effect of psychologic factor with nursing intervention for neurodermatitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of psychologic factor with nursing intervention for neurodermatitis. Methods 80 cases were divided into two groups,each group of 40 cases,the observation group were used the nursing in-tervention,the control group were received routine care,such as general care,diet care,medication care,then mental anxi-ety and depression conditions before and after treatment and clinical efficacy in both groups were compared. Results After treatment,the observation group with SAS and SDS were lower than control group (P<0.05),the effective power in the observation group was 95.0%,it was significantly higher than control group’70.0% (P<0.05). Conclusion Effective nursing intervention can reduce anxiety and depression psychological in patients,so it is worthy of promotion in clini-conl.关键词
