Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the nursing efficacy of perioperative prevention of gynecological pelvic surgery on lower extremity deep venous thrombosis (LEDVT). Methods Clinical data from 296 patients who were admit-ted into our hospital from November 2010 to October 2012 and underwent gynecological pelvic surgeries were selected for analysis.They were evenly divided into observation group and control group by coin tossing.In the control group,pa-tients were provided with conventional clinical nursing,while in the observation group,holistic nursing was adopted.The incidence of LEDVT after nursing in both groups was compared. Results In the observation group,the incidence of LEDVT was 0.68%,while in the control group,it was 6.76%,which displayed a statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclu-sion Holistic nursing during perioperative period of gynecological pelvic surgery can obtain a remarkable efficacy and effectively reduce the incidence of LEDVT in patients.关键词
