人性化护理管理在健康体检人群中的应用

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic nursing management in healthy check-up people. Methods 186 healthy check-up people admitted to our hospital from October 2011 to December 2013 were selected and divided into two groups randomly,normal nursing was used in control group,humanistic nursing management was used in observation group.Satisfaction rate in two groups after nursing was compared. Results The great satisfaction rate and total satisfaction rate in observation group was 60.22%(56/93) and 90.32%(84/93) respectively,the great satisfaction rate and total satisfaction rate in control group was 45.16%(42/93) and 74.19%(54/93)respectively,with statistical differ-ence(P<0.05). Conclusion Strengthen the comprehensive humanistic nursing of healthy check-up people,can greatly improve their satisfaction and promote the development of the hospital.关键词
