摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of content uncertainty of paeoniflorin in Wangbi capsule,identify uncertainty factor. Methods According to its inspection process,a mathematical model was es-tablished to analyze the factors affecting the uncertainty source.The expanded uncertainty was gained by quantifying analysis. Results The expanded uncertainty of this experiment was 0.105 mg (k=2). Conclusion Determination of con-tent uncertainty of paeoniflorin in Wangbi capsule by HPLC is mainly gained by weighing reference and measuring chromatographic peak area.关键词
