摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the method of acute isolate of separation of acute enzyme of ventricular myocyte and recording transient outward potassium current in adult SD rats. Methods Adult SD rats were selected as subjects, Lan-gendorff perfusion system and type II collagenase two step perfusion method were used to separate cell, and pacth clamp technique was used to record transient outward potassium current of ventricular myocyte in rats. Results The viable myocardium was seen Microscopically:it is lod or a rectangle,the surface is clean with clear cross striations and strong three-dimensional senseand it can record the transient outward potassium current up to 3000 pA. Conclusion Survival rate of cell of the method applied in the experiment and transient outward potassium current can be recorded.关键词
