The effect of iron sucrose in the treatment of renal anemia on elderly pa-tients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis:a multicenter clinical trial
目的：比较蔗糖铁(静脉注射)与富马酸亚铁(口服)治疗老年维持性血液透析(MHD)患者肾性贫血的有效性及安全性。方法采用随机、对照的多中心研究,将80例老年血液透析患者随机分为蔗糖铁组(n=40,0.9%氯化钠溶液100ml+蔗糖铁100mg,静脉滴注,2次/周,透析结束前30min执行)及富马酸亚铁组(n=40,每天口服富马酸亚铁颗粒200mg,3次/d,餐前1h或餐后2h服用),两组均采用促红细胞生成素(EPO)治疗,剂量为120~150U/(…查看全部>>
