摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine combined with simvastatin in treatment of unsta-ble angina. Methods 60 cases of patients with unstable angina for the study were randomly divided into combination group and the control group,control group were received conventional treatment and combination group were treated with trimetazidine combined with simvastatin on the basis of conventional therapy.Clinical efficacy was compared. Results The overall result of the combination group was 93.3% and 70.0% in the control group,the difference between two groups was significant (P<0.05).The number of times per day of two groups before and after treatment significantly decreased,and average onset time was significantly shorter,but the more significant improvement in the combination group (P<0.01).After treatment,the lipids,CRP and WBC of combination group improved more than that of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with simvastatin for unstable angina can significantly improve the efficacy,is worthy of promotion.关键词
