Abstract
Objective To compare the therapeutic effect and safety of domestic and imported paclitaxel injections on treating tumors. Methods 50 cases of patients including 23 ones with breast cancer,14 cervical cancer,10 lung cancer, and 3 ovarian cancer were adopted chemotherapy regimens with paclitaxel injection from January 2010 to January 2014 were randomly selected from case management database in our hospital.They were evenly divided into two groups,do-mestic paclitaxel injection group and imported paclitaxel injection (taxol) group.The related data were collected and processed,and the dosage of paclitaxel injection,price of each course of treatment,effect,and toxic and side effect were retrospectively analyzed. Results The effective rate of domestic paclitaxel group was 64.0%,and was 52.0% in imported paclitaxel group,the difference was not significant (P>0.05).The side effective rate in domestic and imported paclitaxel injection group had no significant difference (P>0.05).The price of domestic paclitaxel was (45 571.5±2479.6) yuan, while the average price of imported paclitaxel was (94 863.8±3278.9) yuan,which displayed statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion There is no statistical difference in therapeutic effect on treating breast cancer,cervical cancer,lung cancer or ovarian cancer by domestic and imported paclitaxels.In comparison with imported paclitaxel,the price of do-mestic one is lower,which points out the direction for rational drug use in clinic.关键词
