Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of resuscitation Yiqiyangyinkaiqiao treatment of glaucoma. Methods 100 cases (119 eyes) of patients with glaucoma treated in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group,pilocarpine nitrate eye drops (1%-2%) was given to the control group,1 to 2 drops one time,3 to 4 times a day or increased the times depend-ing on the disease condition, Yiqiyangyinkaiqiao resuscitation was added to the observation group based on the control group,one a day,twice taken at morning and night,60 days for a course of treatment,all patients were taken two courses. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,intraocular pressure,visual acuity,field of vision were observed be-fore and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 90% and was 72% of the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statis-tically significant (P<0.05).The intraocular pressure,visual acuity in observation group after treatment compared with be-fore treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),the intraocular pressure in control group after treat-ment compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),the visual acuity in observation group after treatment compared with that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The vi-sual acuity and different degrees defect of two groups ater treatment compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),and that of the observation group compared with that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The curative efficacy of Yiqiyangyinkaiqiao method treatment of glau-coma is significant,which can effectively protect the optic nerve,improve the glaucoma visual function.关键词
