摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of TCM differentiation in treatment of coronary heart disease,in or-der to explore its clinical applicability. Methods 96 patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from May 2012 to September 2013 were selected as research object,they were randomly divided into study group and con-trol group according to a random number table method,the control group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment,the study group were treated with TCM treatment programs.The clinical efficacy and the complica-tion rate of all patients after treatment were observed and compared. Results After the treatment,the total effective rate was 91.7% inthe study group,the control group was 62.5%,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (χ²=11.5577,P=0.0007).The complication rate of was 15.3%in the study group,the control group was 33.3%,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (χ²=4.6313,P=0.0314). Conclusion The effect of TCM differentiation in treatment of coronary heart disease is good,has less complication,it is reliable for long-term clinical application.关键词
