Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the prevention of blood disease patients with complications of central venous catheter. Methods 200 patients with blood disease treated in our hospital from May 2009 to February 2012 were selected as the research object,they divided into evidence-based nursing group and routine nursing group by the random number table method,100 cases in each group,the clinical effect of two groups of patients were compared. Results The catheter jam,the incidence of catheter shedding,conduit leakage and infection were 18.00%,15.00%,17.00% and 18.00% respectively in evidence-based nursing group,significantly lower than those of the routine nursing group (31.00%,29.00%,33.00%,29.00%).The nursing satisfaction was (95.35±3.24) points in evi-dence-based nursing group,the routine nursing group was (89.32±3.38) points,the nursing satisfaction score in evidence-based nursing was higher than that of routine nursing group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Con-clusion Evidence-based nursing can effectively prevent blood disease in patients with central venous catheter related risk of complications.关键词
