家庭环境对慢性病少年儿童心理健康影响的研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand family environment affects mental health of children with chronic disease and ex-plore the relation between them in order to afford the intervention basis for mental health of children with chronic dis-ease. Methods 200 cases of children with chronic disease were researched by MHT and FES-CV,the result was com-pared with normal health children (200 cases),and the relevance of between MHT and FES-CV was analysed. Results The score of MHT in research group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.01).Except the intellectual and moral religion factor,the other factor score of FES-CV in research group was lower than that in control group re-spectively(P<0.01).There was relevance between the score of MHT and FES-CV (P<0.05). Conclusion Family environ-ment has important effect for mental health of children with chronic disease,the improvement of family environment can help to maintain mental health of children with chronic disease.关键词
