摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of biological feedback combined with electrical in the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction disease. Methods 180 postpartum women were randomly divided into the experi-mental group and the control group,and there were 90 women in each group. The control group received vaginal dumb-bell training,and the experimental group further received biological feedback combined with electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group. Results After treatment,pelvic floor muscle strength of the two groups had different de-grees of recovery (P<0.05);the number ofII,Ⅲlevel in the experiment group were significantly fewer than that of the con-trol group,IV,V level in the experiment group were significantly more than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Pelvic floor muscle training helps improve the strength of pelvic floor muscle after delivery,improve the quality of sex life,and prevent urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
