Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effect of minimally invasive and open transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion in the treatment of degenerative lumbar disease. Methods 32 patients with degenerative lumbar disease in our hospital were selected as research subjects and randomly allocated to the research group and the control group,and there were 16 patients in each group.The control group received conventional open surgery,and the research group re-ceived minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion.Treatment effect between the two groups were com-pared. Results The total effective rate in the research group (93.75%) was obviously higher than that in the control group (68.75%) (P<0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion treating degenerative lumbar disease helps not only improve total curative effects,but also reduce postoperative complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
