Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of naloxone in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with typeIIrespiratory failure. Methods 78 cases of patients with COPD and type II respiratory fail-ure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,39 cases in each group.Patients in two groups were both given with routine treatment,while patients in control group were added with nikethamide and patients in treatment group were added with naloxone.The therapeutic effect and the results of blood gas analysis were compared. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (87.18%) was higher than that in control group (64.10%),the difference was significant (P<0.05).The improvement of results of blood gas in treatment group was more than that in control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Naloxone can improve the clinical effect of the treatment of COPD with typeII respiratory failure,it is safe and can be used in clinic widely.关键词
