摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe and study the clinical effect of esomeprazole based triple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods 78 cases of patients with gastric ulcer in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected as study objects and randomly divided into control group(omeprazole based triple therapy group,39 cases) and observation group(esomeprazole based triple therapy group,39 cases).The control effect of ulcer at different time af-ter the treatment and serum pepsinogen,interleukin-6 before and after the treatment in two groups was compared re-spectively. Results After treatment of two and fourth weeks,the total effective rate of ulcer control in observation group was higher than that in control group respectively,serum pepsinogen and interleukin-6 level in observation group was lower than that in control group respectively,with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of es-omeprazole based triple therapy in the treatment of gastric ulcer is relatively better and it is more helpful for the im-provement of function and inflammatory state of patients.关键词
