厄贝沙坦联合黄葵胶囊治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果观察OA
Clinical effect observation of irbesartan combined with Huangkui capsule in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis
目的：探讨厄贝沙坦联合黄葵胶囊治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果。方法选择慢性肾小球肾炎患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例,对照组口服厄贝沙坦,观察组在对照组的基础上给予黄葵胶囊,治疗8周后,留取患者晨起中段尿送检尿常规,进行24 h尿蛋白定量检测,并抽取空腹静脉血行肾功能检查,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后的尿蛋白阳性、红细胞阳性及白细胞阳性发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组的尿素氮和肌酐水平显著低于对照组,…查看全部>>
