Abstract
Objective To investigate clinical effect of Changweishu prescription combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome. Methods 64 cases of patients with diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome treated in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2014 were selected as re-search objects,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with western medicine and the observation group was treated with Changweishu prescription.The treatment effect,adverse reaction and patient’ satisfaction of two groups was compared respectively. Results The total effective rate of control group was 81.2%,total effective rate of the observation group was 96.9%,the treatment effect of the observation group was evident-ly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reaction in observation group was 6.25%, lower than that in control group(31.25%)(P<0.05).The patient’satisfaction rate of control group was 78.1%,patient’ sat-isfaction of observation group was 96.9%,patient’satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Based on western medicine,Changweishu prescription in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome is effective,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
