益胃生津汤联合常规西医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of Yiwei Shengjin decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods 86 cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admit-ted in our department from April 2012 to December 2013 were randomly divided into control group and study group, each of 43 cases,patients in control group were given with traditional Western medicine;on the basis of traditional Western medicine,patients in the study group were given with Yiwei Shengjin decoction therapy,the decoction was added and subtracted with the disease.After 4 months treatment,therapeutic effect and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score in both groups were evaluated. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of study group was 93.0%, higher than 76.7% of the control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05);the anorexia,belching,fullness score of two groups were all reduced,but the scores of study group were lower than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yiwei Shengjin decoction assisted Western medicine treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis can effectively relieve symptoms and may can inhibit the pathological process,with fewer adverse reaction and high safety,is worthy of application.关键词
