Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Shuganjieyu capsule in the treatment of postpartum de-pression. Methods 96 cases of patients with postpartum depression were randomly divided into research group (n=48) and control group (n=48),research group were given with Shuganjieyu capsule,control group were given with fluoxetine. The curative effects were assessed with Hamilton depression scale (HAMD,17-item),the adverse reactions were assessed with treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS). Results The effective rate of research group was 87.5%,the control group was 89.6%,the difference was not significant (P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of HAMD in both groups were significantly decreased compared with before treatment (P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).The scores of TESS in research group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05),the incidence of insomnia in research group was lower than that in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The efficacy of Shuganjieyu cap-sule is similar to fluoxetine in the treatment of postpartum depression.The adverse reactions of Shuganjieyu capsule is lower than than flouxetine.关键词
